Aaha Kalyanam Telugu movie review

Aaha Kalyanam is the official remake of the Bollywood movie ‘Band Bajaa Baraat’ which was released in the year 2010. The romantic comedy is now being remade in Telugu. Nani and Vaani Kapoor are playing the lead roles in the movie. After making her Bollywood debut in ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ model-turned actress Vaani Kapoor is all set to make her debut in South with Aaha Kalyanam. Read on for Aaha Kalyanam movie review.

Aaha Kalyanam is the story of Shakthi and Shruthi. While Shruti has a dream of having her own wedding planning business, Shakthi is the happy-go-lucky guy who ends up being her partner in the business. They are great together at work. But when Shruthi realizes that she has fallen for him, he is not ready for a relationship and hence they part ways, only to form two different unsuccessful businesses. The movie is about how they come back together.

Aaha Kalyanam is an entertaining romantic movie. The chemistry between Nani and Vaani Kapoor adds charm to the film. The film is appealing also because of the ‘Nani factor’. Vaani Kapoor too has lived up to her role with her bubbliness. Comparisons with the Hindi movie of which Aaha Kalyanam is a remake are obvious. Vaani Kapoor is as good as Anushka Sharma if not better. The movie and its music is as good as the Hindi movie. Overall, it is a good romantic comedy worth spending your time and money.
